EVALUATION - Amber Sky 2016

To receive Amber Sky 2016 nominations, flight attendant teams must actively participate and produce exemplary results during training and the performance of practical tasks.

Flight attendant crews will be evaluated throughout the entire event by highly qualified trainers and their assistants. Winners will then be selected according to the following criteria:

team work
manners in interaction
preparedness
organization
professional skills
motivation
appearance
social skills etc.

Judges make nomination decisions based on evaluation of the aforementioned criteria.

Amber Sky – competition only for cabin crew, in case instructor or trainer takes part as a member of cabin crew, his/her performance results will be lowered.

After the event, each crew member is provided with a report on their results during training, as well as a description of their strengths and weaknesses. This qualified evaluation will be an invaluable resource for future self-development and motivation.

Remember that this is a competition; and only those who participate actively, demonstrate their sales and service skills with total efficiency, commitment and passion will succeed.
