Throughout the event crews take part in motivation-oriented trainings which cover the full range of competences necessary for conducting successful on board sales. Trainings are prepared for operating cabin crews that possess the necessary experience of working with clients.
All our training sessions are developed by high-class field specialists. Each trainer has a wealth of experience conducting and developing training for cabin crews and airline companies that specialize in service and retail sales. They are not only first class trainers, but also seasoned professionals in their fields.
All training is interactive – giving each crew team member the opportunity to both display their skills within a team of their peers and put into practice what they have learnt. Team participation is also continuously assessed and this will be used as the basis for feedback lists, as well the selection of participants for the nomination Amber Sky 2016.
